The house has three bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. A port-a-cot is available on request. The open plan living flows from the enclosed entrance courtyard with barbecue and open fire, through the lounge room into the living/dining/kitchen and out onto the seaside deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, food processor and child-safe induction cooktop. There is solar hot water and photovoltaic panels on the roof to lessen our impact on the planet. The yard is fully fenced and the garden hosts a full range of culinary herbs, salad leaves and other culinary delights for the keen chef. Step out the front gate onto the bike/walking track or down onto the beach. It is a five-minute walk to the park, a ten-minute walk to the shops, library, Gateway Cafe and Scorchers gourmet pizza shop and a 20-minute walk over the bridge to the Blue Waters Hotel and up the hill to Darlington Vineyard. It is an ideal holiday house for a family or a small group of friends.
