Located at Port Arthur, William McHenry and Sons Distillery is Australia's southern-most whisky distillery. The distillery's southern location takes advantage of the cool, moist maritime environment providing perfect conditions for whisky making.The distillery uses its own abundant clear spring water that flows directly into the distillery and becomes the heart of the developing spirit. You can visit and experience hand-made single malt Tasmanian whisky and other high quality spirits like gin, slow gin and vodka. Tours are by appointment.
