The property features three bedrooms with one double bed and four single beds all with clock radios. Pillows and blankets are provided; bring all of your own linen, towels and tea towels. Optional linen hire is AUD10.00 per person.
There is a combined lounge/dining/kitchen and the lounge has a television with DVD and stereo/radio. Reverse cycle air conditioning, two bathrooms - both with shower and toilet, two refrigerator/freezers (one upstairs, one down).
Charcoal barbecue (bring your own wood) or electric griller provided and there is an outdoor dining area with seating and plenty of off street car parking. You have use of the double garage so you can fit boat and car. Other features include table tennis table and a secure yard. Pets by arrangement only (AUD100.00 refundable bond applies per pet).
