Minko Wines is a boutique, family run vineyard and winery located at Mount Compass, producing premium cool climate wines. Minko's Cellar Door and Providore are set in a heritage listed provincial cottage at the front of Russell's Pizza, Main Street Willunga.
Minko's range of elegant wines, together with their vast array of regional gourmet produce, are sure to tempt your taste buds. Their diverse range of wines include cool climate varieties such as Pinot Grigio, and a handcrafted, methode champenoise Blanc-de- Blancs.
Their quality range of produce and gift ideas includes a large range of regional cheese, Russell's famous dukkah, wood oven roasted Willunga almonds, dips, pate, olives or their estate grown olive oil. Quality pastas, coffee beans, locally made amaretti and Andy's famous home made bread are also available.
Minko practices eco sustainable agriculture and with some 66 hectares of their Mount Compass vineyard heritage listed, they are committed to caring for the environment.
