The Mill & Bakery at Central Pier is unique in its own right. As a first for Melbourne, the flour used in the breads, take home ingredients, pastries and cakes is all ground in their on-site flour mill. You can view this through the two metre square window created for all to watch the master at work! We are open from 7am to 4pm daily offering an assortment of delicious sandwiches and baguettes inspired by the tastes from the Mediterranean, Greece, America and Australia using only the finest traditional European artisan breads. If you are looking to fix that 3pm sugar craving, then you will have to try their scones, cookies, slices and sweet loaves.
