The Burg is Peterborough's latest tourist attraction. The attraction consists of a 20 panel mural done by local artist Des Parker over a period of approximately 12 months. It was done using a mixture of pastels and paint and depicts the history of Peterborough. Access to the mural is through the Peterborough Newsagency and is free. The Burg also contains photos and displays pertaining to Peterborough and its rich history.
