The Rail Motor Society Open Day is held on the third Saturday of each month. It is an opportunity for the general public to view the operations of the Rail Motor Society Depot and Museum at Paterson.
The Rail Motor Society was establish in 1984. The collection spans 1926 to 1961, and includes a 42 foot Rail Motor from 1961, as well as a 720 Class Driving Trailer Car.
The 13 collections of different rail Motor and Trailer Cars are a must for all train enthusiasts.
