Eling Forest Vineyard is one of Australia's most exciting wine growing regions. At an average altitude of 730 metres, the region has one of the longest grape-ripening periods; and is fast gaining a reputation as a producer of quality cool climates wines.
Eling Forest is a boutique producer of premium quality wines, sourced from grapes grown in the Southern Highlands, and other growing regions. The cellar door operates within the property of a beautifully maintained heritage listed homestead (circa 1834).
The first wines at Eling Forest were produced in 1993.
