This home is located on the 8th level of the building. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.
BEDROOM:
Master's bedroom has a king-sized bed and a TV while the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to replenish stock depending on length of stay and frequency of usage.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Temporary Parking Entrance:
- Contractors have lowered and disabled the damaged roller door on the up ramp off Rabual Lane for security purposes. It is unable to be used until further notice.
- All residents need to use the entrance at Park Avenue.
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
