The Shacks are a 1970’s creation by the builders that built many of the first homes in Grasstree Beach. Although they retain the simple layout that many beach houses have from that era we have progressively made updates over the last 10 years to improve the facilities. Modern kitchens, bathrooms, improved deck areas to increase the space, wifi, aircon and fans are all part of the upgrades you can now enjoy.
Personally these places remind me of my childhood days where bunk beds and packing everyone into the beach house are fond memories how we shared time with family and friends. We don’t pack the same numbers into the units we used to in my childhood but we do hope that our limits on numbers are practical.
