Fish Creek is a pretty little country town in Victoria, Australia that is full of arts and crafts and set in the green rolling hills of South Gippsland, home to famous authors Allison Lester and Roland Harvey plus the infamous Tea Cosy festival. It is less than 2.5 hours drive from Melbourne and has galleries, book shops and cafes. The Fish Creek pub with its iconic mullet serves meals every day of the year. All the main town facilities are within a five minute walk of our studio apartment. The Bluefin and Snapper studios are designed to let you enjoy an overnight stay or to spend a few days. Each are air conditioned and fitted out with a queen bed, sofa bed, private en-suite bathroom and have tea and coffee making facilities. There is free WiFi and flat screen TV. The studios have no designated kitchen area but do have a fridge, toaster and microwave. Balconies provide for relaxing and soaking up the fresh country air. Private off-road car parking is provided. Fish Creek is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. It is the closest town to Wilsons Promontory National Park and is home to the Great Southern Rail Trail which passes right through town.
