Pls let us know what's your plan staying here, and no visitors other than number booked, a maximum of 17 people including visitors./Just a 15-minute drive to the city. You can experience the perfect blend of vibrant city life and natural scenery, total17 guests including visitors,3 dining area with all water view including BBQ area, popular Joyful Sunlit Garden, five-star hotel Sealy mattresses, water view swimming pool, L'Occitane bath products with complimentary disposable amenities. /House Rules: No extra overnight guests without notifying the host. Pls keep noise to a minimum and not disturb neighbors. No party and commercial events allowed. No pets. No smoking inside. Please take all rubbish in right bins. Please place dirty dishes in dish washer and run it. Please clean BBQ right after using it immediately. Pls turn off swim pool colored light and garage lights before bedtime. Please respect quiet hour 10pm to 8am, lower your music during your stay. Please kindly note that any violating house rules will result in termination of your stay immediately without refund.
We have cameras and noise decibel monitors at outdoor public area for safety reason./
Bedrooms arrangement:
-The bedrooms will be arranged according to the number of guests you provided at the time of booking.
Bedroom 1- 1 queen bed +1 bunk bed-for 4 people- ensuite with shower.
Bedroom 2- 2 single beds-for 2 people
Bedroom 3-1 queen bed- for 2 people
Bedroom 4- 1 single bed+ bunk bed- for 3 people
Bedroom 5 - 1 queen bed+1 sofa- for 2 or 4 people. The sofa will be converted into two single beds when we think it’s needed, depending on the number of guests.
Bedroom 6 -double sofa bed. Sofa beds in bedroom5&6 will be offered when we think it's necessary only.

No noise allowed. Speakers cannot be used outdoors (pool, BBQ, lawn). All volume's under80dB at all times.
