It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one single bed in the sleepout room and a double pull out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has been lovingly renovated to reflect the era of the house and has a cast iron sink and gas stove with a small deck accessed via French doors. The large bathroom has a cast iron bath with shower over, as well as laundry facilities. Little beach house is located in Iluka, just 1.8 miles from Bluff Beach and 26 miles from Yamba Lighthouse. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Yamba Marina is 25 miles from the vacation home.
