Luana is three gorgeous townhouses located in the beachside suburb of Nelson Bay.
No 2 Luana sleeps up to 4 guests, with a queen bed and 2 king single beds that can be combined into one king upon request. The townhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and internal washing machine and dryer. Off the main living area is a small balcony, and downstairs is a spacious second living room with TV for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach! The yard has a shared BBQ and dining area.
It' just a 600m walk to Shoal Bay Beach, 1km walk into Shoal Bay. 900m walk to Little Beach, and 1km into Nelson Bay.
We supply a small amount of amenities to get you started for your stay: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, laundry and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring additional amenities.
Pets:
One small-medium house trained dog is welcome to stay with you at Luana. Pets must remain on a lead at all times when outside of the house, the yard is not fenced.
A pet fee of 150 AUD per pet per stay applies in addition to your booking total, and additional Pet Policy Agreement is required.
