This gorgeous cottage is only a two-minute walk from the Tea Gardens waterfront offering a lovely stroll along the Myall River, easy walk to the shops, restaurants and cafés. There are plenty of local facilities to cater for the entire family and to make a memorable stay.
This property has the flexibility to appeal to a larger group of family or friends. You may rent the front 2-bedroom cottage only, the back 2-bedroom cottage only or both cottages for a larger group. Each cottage has its own garden space. In addition, there is a shared garden area, covered outdoor BBQ entertaining area, laundry and an outdoor shower.
The garden areas are extensive and make for great privacy between the two cottages. There is certainly no suburban feel to this property.
Please be aware that if you are only occupying one of the cottages there may be another guest in the alternate cottage.
