Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. A large sliding door leads out onto a balcony.
Upstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen with a butlers pantry.
The dining table has 6 seats (can fit another 2 to fit 8) Dining area has large sliding glass doors leading out onto a balcony with another 6 seater outdoor dining table. There is a Weber BBQ on the balcony.

Downstairs there is a bathroom with bath and shower and a seperate toilet with hand basin.
