Expect an original cute beach house, with large back yard & all just a stones throw to the surf outlets, beach & cafes. Some of the features are original, but there's everything you need for a cosy & homely stay with laid back vibe. With heating, cooling, BBQ, big lawn, TV and fully equipped kitchen (that's getting a reno in April 24), you'll love the ease, value & good times!
The home is single level with steps leading up to the home. There is plenty of parking for 4 cars (no garage - this is locked for owners storage). Please note there is currently no Wifi & the kitchen is having a full reno in Feb 24 - new photos to follow.
The home can sleep 8 guests, across 3 bedrooms, there is only 1 bathroom & toilet for the home. The backyard if fantastic - nice and large and lots of space for kids to run around in.
The home comprises of:

- 1 x twin single room
- open plan living (with smart TV), kitchen & dining
- laundry
- 1 x bathroom with shower (no bath)
All linen and towels are included for your stay - no beach towels however.
The garage is locked for owners use.
