Our architecturally designed accommodation has been custom-built to create a first-class retreat in the heart of Dunsborough.
Just a short stroll from the town’s vibrant café and boutique shopping scene and the picturesque beaches of Dunn Bay, Melo Studios offers a blissful and beautiful base to relax and reset.
Purposefully designed for short-stay travellers, we have personally selected only the best locally-sourced products to ensure your stay is unforgettable.
Our two studios – Caesia and Eucalypt – both have two bedrooms, each with king size beds and MicroCloud bedding, for the perfect night’s rest.
There are also two bathrooms in each studio, with a luxurious bath in the master ensuites, complete with bubble bath, locally-made lush truffle bath bombs and oil-infused body care products by Leif for the ultimate in relaxation and self-care.

Melo Studios offers accommodations in Dunsborough, a 11-minute walk from Dunsborough Beach and 8 miles from Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and Maritime Museum. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking, and free Wifi. All rooms have a patio.
At the villa complex, all units have air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer and a walk-in shower. A dishwasher, a microwave, and toaster are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the villa complex, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels.
