Start your day with champagne and oysters at Chandon - the home of sparkling wine in Australia. Each guest receives a paddle of 3 champagne varieties plus a side of three oysters (or other hors d'oeuvre)
Our hot tip- the sparkling brut rosé is always a crowd favourite!

Stop At: Yering Farm Wines, St. Huberts Road, Yering, Victoria Australia

Set in the historic sheds of an 1800’s farmhouse, this winery provides a rustic backdrop to our next tasting experience that includes popular local wine varieties and delicious apple cider!
After your tasting enjoy a generous Ploughman’s platter (Cheese and charcuterie plus bread, olives etc) and enjoy the stunning views over the valley.

Our hot tip – The George Cabernet would have to be one of the best value big reds in the valley.
